Review: Thug Kitchen’s Pumpkin Chili

Since receiving the Thug Kitchen cookbook for Christmas, I’ve made about six or seven recipes and ALL have been great! These people really know their way around a spice cabinet.

Most recently I made the pumpkin chili (leaving out the jalapeño) and it too was great. The chili was thick and hearty, with plenty of chili spice and lots of vegetables!

Here’s a list of the ingredients and a picture of the recipe. If you’re looking for healthy and flavorful recipes you can’t go wrong here.

1 can pumpkin purée
1 can tomatoes
Vegetable broth
Beans
Bell pepper
Onion
Carrot
Jalapeño
Chili powder
Cumin
Oregano
Garlic
