I made my first Thug Kitchen recipe tonight: veggie pad Thai with dry fried tofu. It was awesome! The sauce was really good and once everything was chopped it was an easy process of stir frying and mixing. I did have some trouble “dry frying” the tofu but that was more the pan I was using than anything.
The only change I made was to use buckwheat noodles instead of rice noodles. We think rice noodles are just too slippery! The buckwheat noodles worked great.
