I’d never had fish tacos until I moved to Colorado. I love them. I love them with fried fish, with grilled fish, with salmon, with tilapia…tasty tasty little fish tacos. Tonight we grilled tilapia seasoned with a mix of garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper (aka Paula Deen’s house seasoning). Toppings included coleslaw, cilantro, onion, tomato and hot sauce.
There really is fish down there somewhere…you can see a blackened, grilled edge peeking out!
