It’s been a busy week/weekend here which means meals have mostly consisted of “what can I get on the table the fastest?” Saturday night after a full day of skiing (left the house at 8:45 and returned at 5:15) we made good ol’ tacos. Mmmm. What is it about a crunchy beef taco that is so good? I topped mine with some avocado and pickled jalapeno slices.
The next day, Sunday, I again skied all day and talked the BF into walking over to our favorite brew pub Kannah Creek Brewing Company for salads and pizza. Last night? Ok, I put a little more effort into dinner and made some chicken soup. The BF has had a cold and we all know chicken soup helps! What awesome meals have you created this week?
